Mission Statement

Bibles for All

Bibles for All Ministries agrees with our Lord Jesus Christ when he answered the first temptation of the devil by quoting the Word of God saying, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God". Every word of God is important. However, The Word of God is often summarized by a doctrinal statement or creed that reflects the thoughts consistent with it's teachings. We quote here the Apostle's Creed, which is almost as ancient as the New Testament, and is widely accepted throughout the body of Christ:

I believe in God the Father almighty, Maker of heaven and earth: And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

Jesus over India

Thank-you for your interest in JOI ministry, a mission dedicated to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ and his kingdom to the people of India through the equipping of Indian Pastors and Teachers with teaching materials, training seminars, and other ministry needs. Jesus Over India, a ministry of Bibles for All, at present has concentrated its efforts in three states on the eastern side of India. The northernmost of these three states is the state of Orissa. The poorest of the poor, Orissa is difficult to reach because the people live in so many small villages, widely scattered along treacherous roads. And because it is so poor and so far removed from the major, modern metropolises of India, missionaries rarely make the effort to reach Orissa. However, the Lord has not forgotten the people of Orissa, and in spite of their low estate, we must make every effort to bring them to the One who has the power to save them and give them eternal life.

The Great Commission: And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Matt 28:18-20
